DISCLOSURE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
StraightLine, in its capacity as data controller of the processing
of personal data (hereinafter “Data Controller”), issues this disclosure to the data
subject in compliance with European and Italian legislation on the protection of
personal data.
This disclosure supplements the navigation policy of our website, in order to
illustrate to the User how the Company will specifically process the data entered in
this contact form: we therefore invite you to read our privacy
policy.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The Data Controller processes the personal data communicated through this form only
to respond to requests sent, for example to obtain information on products or
services (including the sending of brochures, catalogues and/or other company
information material), to obtain a quote, etc. Consent is therefore not required
because the processing is necessary to respond to such requests.
Data retention period
The data will be processed for the time necessary to give feedback, without
prejudice to further retention for the time necessary for the settlement (however
reached) of any disputes that may have arisen.
Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data is strictly related to use of the contact form and is
therefore necessary in order to send the request for information: failure to
communicate, in fact, makes it impossible to provide the requested information.
Scope of data communication and categories of recipients
The Data Controller will not disclose the data, but intends to communicate them to
internal figures authorised to process them according to their respective duties and
also to professionals or service companies and to public and private entities, also
following inspections and checks.
Should these recipients process data on behalf of the Data Controller, they will be
appointed as data processors with a specific contract or other legal deed.
Data transfer to a third country and/or to an international organisation
Personal data will not be transferred either to non-European third countries or to
international organisations.
Rights of data subjects
The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller to access their personal
data and to correct them if inaccurate, to delete them or to limit their processing
if the conditions are met, as well as to obtain the portability of the personal data
communicated.
To exercise their rights, the data subject can use the form available here and send it to the Data Controller at the following
address: info@straightlineedc.com. The data subject also has the right to lodge a
complaint with the competent supervisory authority on the matter, the Guarantor for
the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
I have read the notice regarding handling of personal data.
