StraightLine product is covered by warranty that lasts 2 years from the purchase date. Warranty cover defects in manufacturing and materials. This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by normal wearing, oxidation and all the ones caused by misuse of the knife. The warranty becomes void automatically in case the knife has been tampered, altered and if the damage has been caused by negligence of the user in following simple rules for the proper maintenance.
In order to activate your warranty, register to our website, click on the button “Activate your warranty” on this page and fill the form with requested information.
To benefit of your warranty, if you find any defects on the product, please send us an email at
info@straightlineedc.com writing which is the product, what is the defect, purchase date and pictures that shows the defect.
After a first evaluation of what you will send us, we will then inform you if the product will have to be returned to us and will supply you all the instructions to ship it. All shipment costs to send the product back to us will be at customer charge.
If we will confirm the defect, the product will be replaced or repaired at our choice for free, including return shipping at no additional charge.
